Im deeply saddened by the demise of Gene, But also know that something was wrong with the plastic used to make her, my newer dolls were fading to yellow,I had to use a bleaching comet cleaner with a toothbrush to clean her or try to remove the yellowing from her body,I loved Gene & the era her & her friends & rival represented, I do hope to see her make a surprise yearly appearance just for her fans as a anniverary doll, or at least a basic long haired beauty. - Selena
